The Blood of Others

As an existentialist, I have the option to either agree or disagree with abortion. I choose to agree with abortion, as long as the person has the will to take responsibility for what her or she does. Humans are free to take the decisions they want because in this world, they are the ones who rule their own destiny. Why abortion? There's simply no right or wrong to it, because it depends on each person's decision about what he or she wants to do with his or her life. For example, imagine a scenario in which a young girl is raped and gets pregnant. This girl is young, has her whole life a head and probably is not responsible enough to take care of a baby. She has the right to an abortion, because it is her choice to do what she wants in life and she has to be willing to face the consequences of her choice. If she thinks that it is better to abort this baby instead of letting it live and remind her of her horrible happening, then she should have the right to do it. She is a woman, a human, she can lead her life the way she wants as long as she knows that what she is doing will bring consequences and that she is ready to take responsibility. She has even more right to do it since it was not planned by her, someone else affected the way her life was going and so, she is supposed to lead her own life the way she wants to lead it.
