Balance is the key !

Death penalty is a big issue especially when you want to have a certain balance and moderation in the world. So, first of all I will accept that I agree with death penalty. However, this has an explanation I agree with it, but, in certain cases because I think that death penalty as fitting punishment for acts of murder, for example when an agent has acted voluntarily and viciously it’s acceptable, because I think this way it leaves room for adjustment according to the particular details that vary across time and culture. What I try to say is that using this method we will have more justice. This flexibility is important, because it allows a system of justice to fit death penalty judgments to the particular circumstances of individual cases. Another example would be; if you have this man that tells his story, and let’s say that he is actually saying the truth, but the police or man in charge doesn’t believe him. And suddenly he takes the decision of killing him without allowing him to defend himself. That is when the problem begins because we said that the man was not guilty but he still killed him, however, they realize that he was not guilty, that officer won’t be able to bring him into life again. So that is when we look at the balance, so the balance would be seen this way; the officer kill the man that was not guilty so now he has to give his life, (like a sort of return) and in that exact moment we will see the balance.
The whole idea of this method is to look at the behavior people apply in justifying for his theoretical claims, as well, as describing two components of justice that are equality and fairness. What equality means is that each person ought to receive equal respect and possession of the goods that they deserve. Fairness means that everything like evidence etc must be further analyzed into constituent terms of desert.
So like it was mention before the punishment is said to be just when it is proportionately and equal to the amount of harm inflicted and when the man try to kill, harm or anything related with harming and trying or taking away the life of a third person, death penalty should be apply. This way you involve the method of creating a balance. You have to take the life from the murderer this way the agent or person harmed can be reached.
