Animals have a heart, do you?

Animals feel, have a heart, have siblings, parents…they can’t think logically like us, nor take drastic decisions, but can human babies or elderly people can as well? When you are growing up you must know the difference between what is right, and what is wrong. A virtuous person might eat stake only to fulfill his needs, but you probably won’t see him hanging a moose’s head or an alpaca any time soon on his wall. The line that defines good and evil is very confusing and sometimes even misinterpret. Many vegetarian people say that it is not morally correct to kill animals and eat meat, but plants are as much alive as we all are. Probably they even have a greater function on earth than all mammals and cold blooded animals. People who practice virtue ethics have been raised as moral agents; they know what the right thing to do by instinct. This is what people should and shouldn’t do. People should eat meat, having in mind that they should be very grateful that a living thing gave its life to support your own. This is what you shouldn’t do. If you dislike puppies or cats, don’t mess with them, just let them be. There are many people that will probably won’t ever like you, but they won’t get on your case or jump you, well most of the time. We humans as well belong to the animal kingdom; although in contemporary times we rule the world, let us never forget that as we evolved some other species may as well.
