What are you thinking?

I think that euthanasia is something that should not occur because life is fragile and you should not be messing with it. You can’t go throwing life because you have been having a bad time. People need to understand that life is not always pink and that sometimes is grey. If life was just pink I am sure that people would get bored and wouldn´t appreciate the best times in life. They would not appreciate the tiny things that life offers. So you can’t go on in life feeling miserable and from that moment you want to die. Second of all I consider that people seeking death are weak. And is stupid to seek death in order to escape from poverty, pangs of love, from pain or sorrow is not the act of courageous man, but rather of a coward. In other words they can’t live with a little of pressure or sadness. That means that they still don´t understand life and have not learned anything of it, they are weak and they will always be. Killing them self doesn´t make you more man, it just explains us that you could not handle a little bit of pressure.
As a mention in my last blog I like justice and balance therefore; to commit suicide is to do oneself an injustice. Suicide is a criminal offence. However, in some cases committing suicide can be permitted, cases such as; that a person is under judicial order, or when one is being forced by an unavoidable misfortune, when one is so disgraced that life has become unbearable or you have a terminal ill that your life have gave a extreme switch, an example; that you have become a vegetable. That are the only exceptions, if not suicide is considered as being coward.

  1. I don't agree with what you said here. First of all euthanasia is not used by people "just because.." Euthanasia happens when one is a terminal condition and decides that living is not worth the while anymore. Being in a terminal condition, euthanasia IS a morally acceptable way out. When you lack a will to live, you lack the will to make choices and decide for yourself; the only decision worth making is that of living in a hospital bed hurting, or letting go.
